I won't say that you absolutely wouldn't bump into people like you mentioned but I don't think that represents the people that remained behind after the waves. At least that hasn't been my experience with them. They are quite fun to be around, and we've had a few waves. Um... you're not going to like me much because I am a part of SLC, that was my first instance and I mod there. Sucks to hear that you had that experience with our users though. We do have some interesting people that come to our instance, it really does attract all sorts of people who are opinionated.
