@cloudchaser @pony Or it could be because she knew that Luna would return as Nightmare Moon and tthat she would need the Elements of Harmony. And if my theory is correct and Discord was who made Luna become Nightmare Moon, then Celestia also knew Discord would awaken again. So she had to choose a Pony which really mastered and understood the power of friendship. So I'd say her virtue is benevolence...

@cloudchaser I will eventually :) I still haven't figured everything out but the interesting thing in Equestia is thatapparently emotions take anthromorphical forms which forced the pony races to coexist. My guess would be that conflict not suddenly disappeared and shaped Discord - and so alicorns and Discord came to existance. While fighting against Discord, Luna absorbed a part of his power and opened a window of opportunity to turn himm to stone. When Luna was freed from that influence, the spell binding Discord broke as well - because Equestia always has conflict. The benevolent rulership of Princess Celestia (and basically 1000 years of break) allowed harmony to grow even stronger, which is the reason that Cadence was born.

@cloudchaser then I had a bit of a humbling experience cause I stopped everything and I relished in hatred and other bad stuff then all of a sudden one day when I decided to use all my negative energy on what I was doing at the moment which was a game simialar to kickball, I ended up dislocating my kneecap and had to go through surgery and sit in my bed for an entire summer, that summer I watched mlp every single day met some great friends, and started a 24/7 livestream which I couldn't keep because my internet isn't the best (I might be able to start it up again soon, I'm getting good equipment) anyway the point is when I was in a bad mood and doing bad things I got a huge slap in the face by chance and most people don't, so try not to do anything that will smuther who you really are.

Yes, this requires strength but I believe that everyone has that strength because it is not that hard - because eople usually make fun of those who desperatel want to fit in the crowd and fail so because they are not honest with themselves. And one more thing: watch the eisodes of MLP with that in mind. @cloudchaser Okay, listen to me, I mean this serious. It doesn't matter sh** what some dudes think of you who would look down on you because you say no to drugs. There are enough good people arount who accet the way you want to live. Don't waste your time with losers like that. I personally smoke weed occasionally, but I decited to become a vegitarian - which many people do not understand. But my friends accepted I made that decition and it is no problem for us. This is what Friendship is ABOUT. If your friends dont accept the way you choose to live, they are no friends.

@cloudchaser Calm down, dude. If you are talking about weed here: this does not lead into physical deendancy, so you can get sober again if you stop now. If you are honest with your mum, your brother has nothing more against you and maybe you have a helping hand to stay clean because of this mistake. Nothing really bad happened yet and if you don't give up on yourself or let your brother win, nothing will.

@cloudchaser I know sometimes it can be hard to accept people like that, but sometimes we have to make room for them, because on the inside, we are all seeking acceptance and love in our lives. For some people it can be hard to show that side, so they build a barrier to block that side from showing up. He's just confused how he should act, and wants acceptance. That's why he will do things like that, because he doesn't want to show that soft side, as he is afraid that people will hurt that side of him.
