    1. @ceruleanspark Cool! Computer buggery aside, how are you getting on?

      1. @pawnheart I'm tired already. I finished my first box o' pills this morning too. I guess I'm an addict now. How are you?

        1. @ceruleanspark Ha! Feeling any differences yet? I'm okay ta, tired but content.

          1. @pawnheart Yeah. It's hard to quantify directly, but I do feel better. Or at least, I feel less bad.

            1. @ceruleanspark Thats very good. From my experience, you'd defo be able to tell by now if they WEREN'T working, so good signs.

              1. @pawnheart Yeah. They don't make you happy directly like people seem to think they do though. In my case, they've just made me less likely to dwell on the stuff that was the problem.

                1. @ceruleanspark Yeah, theres a lot of horsemurdock talked about prozak and ADs in general. If you're the same as me, the ones that work seem merely to allow you to do the solid mental work that needs to be done without being thrown to extreme tangents to quite the same degree...

                  1. @pawnheart Mine is in fact, off brand prozac, so yeah. So many people have told me not to take it, because ZOMG BAD. I have only two words for those people, and you can't say one of them in front of foals.

                    1. @ceruleanspark Again, folk who don't actually understand the process. Not that GPs and Psychiatrists are exactly a fountain of knowledge about what they do, themselves. I was pretty afraid of taking them, mostly because of the stereotypes, but I would not have been able to move on with much stability otherwise.

                      1. @pawnheart If it wasn't for how much it helped my mother and girlfriend, I probably wouldn't have considered it. I'm naturally protective of my brain chemistry, and they're an addictive substance with a list of potentially side effects as long as my foreleg, so I was apprehensive of that.

                        1. @ceruleanspark I know how you feel. As I say, I was worried about it "altering my brain", too... rendering me some sort of numb automaton.

                          1. @pawnheart Somepony on here did actually have that problem with his meds, but I think that's because his dosage was too high for the problem he had. I told him to drop his dosage then talk to a doctor. Hope he's OK now, I seem to be the only one who noticed his posts.

                            1. @ceruleanspark It does happen... I remember it happened with me when I was on citalopram for a while. But I noticed it, and they changed it. Anyhoo, must dash... catch ya later!
