@mrmattimation I tried making wine/mead out of banana's and kiwi's ... It ... Kinda tastes like turkish dead-fruit wine... I am not a fan of that D word...

@mrmattimation It is perfectly legal and sort of encouraged. However distilling alcohol is not... Although distilling water is perfectly legal... Which leads me to believe the explosion danger of distilling is the actual cause of illegalizing it

@oracle Talk me to your process of fermenting peach juice... Do you cut up peach ( blender? ) put it in boiling water, and then put it in a yeasting bottle with some yeast ? ( adding yeast after it hits 40 Celcius or something, for most yeast dies at 95 Celcius... 100 Celcius being the boiling point )
