    40% pear-nectar combined with 60% grape-juice in a bottle, together with a very small amount of yeast ( 1 gram, maybe less ) . I wonder how long it will take before fermentation begins ( sofar my water-lock is still in the "rest" position )

        @scribus Probably, I am not 100% sure though. Might take a little bit longer. At any rate I will most likely have to wait a month before I have anything to drink, and I will probably have to sleep tonight without the usual and familliar *plop* sound once every 2-4 seconds ( Air breaking escaping the water-lock ) for a day, maybe 2
