Literally wiping a thick layer of dust off my graphics tablet

@redenchilada I still want to get one but I dunno if I'd ever really get into using it often since I can't draw worth a damn
-
@thewaifutyphoon It's useful if you either draw a lot of play a lot of Osu. Otherwise it's not super-useful, and if you have an Android tablet I think there are ways to hook that up and use it like one.
-
@redenchilada I looked at ways to use my Nexus 7 as one but they said there's no easy/possible way to detect pressure because they're not designed to do that, which I assumed was a major drawback since most graphics tablets have pressure-sensing
-
@thewaifutyphoon Honestly, unless you draw a bunch the lack of pressure sensitivity isn't enough of an incentive to spend ~$80 on another device when you already have one that could do everything else. I think the only important thing you'd lose out on is moving the mouse when you float the pen over, and if whatever you use to hook it up mirrors monitor input that's not even a big deal
-
@redenchilada Meh. I just have a feeling that if I got a proper tablet I'd probably get more into drawing because I like interacting with digital media moreso than traditional.
-
@redenchilada woah you can use an android tablet? Tell me pls
-
@rarity Look up setting your computer up as a VNC server and try that app Ross linked. There might be a better method for just using it as input but VNC would also work for using your desktop from elsewhere in the house. (At least I think it would)
