   @e Oh I don't use it in Nong Shim but I meant in general. For Nong Shim I usually like cumin and black pepper, though today I experimented with some jerk spices.

     I'm currently eating noodles and listening to some music and just thought about using chop sticks as drum sticks. I think I'll try it tomorrow during the day.
