  1. Order from most places online and you get an order confirmation. Order from where I work? You get an "order acknowledgement". Like, that's so vague. Really poor choice of words. "Oh, I see you've ordered something. That's nice. *turns nose up*"

    1. @thelastgherkin from a legal standpoint the online customer makes only an offer to the seller. The finalistion of the deal happens when the customer receives the package. So the seller sends only an aknowledgement that the customer wants to order something. I may be wrong and didn't pay too much attention to the IT law lectures
