I feel like part of the reason so little gets done with Equestria Gaming is because I rather absentmindedly never set up a solid method of communication between all of the authors. I should probably consider setting up a private IRC channel or something for the purpose and force all of the current writers to idle in it.

@redenchilada A good idea might be to make friends with them. But, this might be redundant (Badumtiss) but, you may already have done that.

@metaltao I have all of them as Steam contacts, but getting everyone together on that is difficult. Maybe I could make a group for it...?

@redenchilada There is also Skype, Twitch, Google Chat Rooms (I forget the official name), Pidgn (Some sorta console/Terminal based messaging thing.), IRC (As you suggested), and maybe RDN.
Warning: Rant stuff ahead.
But the Ladder would be awkward and only as a weird, circumstantial resort. Asking them all what platforms they do and don't have is important. Then, you can web out their similar platforms and make sure everyone has contact with a significant part of the group, and, assigning people to relay messages is going to be important. -

@redenchilada I'd be up for an IRC or whatever. Whilst steam I can only access from my desktop, IRC I can get to from my netbook and hence from everywhere with a connection.
