  1. I only ask one thing of my superiors at work, and I think it's a very simple thing. I just want them to keep their heads out of their asses. That's all. Just one boss without their head up their ass; is that too much to ask? Is it?

        1. @scribus Pretty much. It's a flawed logic. It would be better to simply reward aptitude and keep workers on the step where they perform the best.
