    I only ask one thing of my superiors at work, and I think it's a very simple thing. I just want them to keep their heads out of their asses. That's all. Just one boss without their head up their ass; is that too much to ask? Is it?

      @scribus Uh, of course it's too much to ask. Do you have any idea how long they had to work to get their heads up there? It's quite difficult to do!

          @scribus Pretty much. It's a flawed logic. It would be better to simply reward aptitude and keep workers on the step where they perform the best.
