@mastertdi I haven't really seen the news in quite a while, since the TV broke. Last thing I saw was how some Top Gear guys got expelled from one of the provinces.

@mastertdi The whole incident was pretty funny. Seems they have a history of trying to start grapes wherever they go by finding something that angers the population to get higher ratings. In the past they landed with british war planes on Germany (where they didn't raise much of a ruckus because the Germans are incredibly well behaved in comparison with most other places), and painted their cars with gay rights slogans on alabama (there they got thrown stones at and a guy pointed at them with a rifle). This time they went to the southernmost province of Argentina with three cars with license plates making a reference to the Falklands war, and when people noticed the local government banned them from public areas and declared them unwelcome, and a group of war veterans stoned their cars. The Top Gear guys ended up fleeing to Chile.

@mrmattimation The angriest we've gotten in regards to them is when a comedian mocked one of the guys' memory loss. But that was pretty funny

@mrmattimation A bunch of manchilds who literally travel to other countries to annoy people. I'd throw them in jail for a couple months so they're taught humility by the inmates, then confiscate all the stuff they had with them as reparations, and then put them on a plane back to their home country along with a ban prohibiting their entry to the country again. Or, if lucky, let the population lynch them.

@righteousnarwhal I'm pretty sure most of Top Gear is scripted anyway. That's what the BBC claims, anyway.

@scribus He's going to court on the 31st, if I remember right from the tab I closed minutes ago. Apparently he's been doing this dole since I was born (like, the article specified my exact date of birth) which freaks me the F out.
