      1. @nerthos It's like if you put a product placement in a video and then get told by the government that you just broke a law because you didn't put in bold letters "SOMEBODY IS PAYING ME". It's nonsense.

          1. @ceruleanspark I'm just now seeing cases popping up because of the Oreo Lick Race thing that was going around a few months ago. Apparently people were endorsed to do that and the fact that they were paid wasn't made clear enough so people complained to the ASA.
