  1. I have, like, genuine beef with Sharknado. I feel like if you're gonna make a satire, it should feel like one. They didn't parody the typical elements of disaster movies like, say, bland characters; they just used bland characters. They didn't parody the cheesy lines; they just straight-up used cheesy lines that don't feel exaggerated for comic effect or anything. The science is laughably bunk, of course, but it's not really pushed like I feel it should have been. I know this doesn't sound right, but it shouldn't have been done so subtly. I had to check to see if it was genuinely a satire and I just feel like that's not how one should be.
