@awl oh yeah, their writing is made to be done with brushes, and sometimes it doesnt go well with pens and pencils

@mushi Same could be said of cuneiform, but in lieu of brushes it's chisels. Really no ancient writing systeme is a good one to use with modern media.

@mushi I've used uppercase printing letters for my handwriting all my life so I never had issues with positioning.

@nerthos i never liked the printing letters because it made me more sense to only separate the words to show that they were over

@mushi I didn't read anything written in cursive until I was already at school I think, so I just picked the letters I was used to see.

@nerthos yeah, the books were all in printing letter, but the difference between the spacing between letters and words was easier to notice than it was when i was writing

@mushi Mine is bad too, thankfully I rarely use it. I have five types of handwriting though. Allcaps fast, allcaps careful, lowercase, cursive, and technical.

@mushi My fast writing is both small and messy, but the other ones are easy to understand. Specially the technical one, as that's a standarized "font"
