      1. @noelnarwhal You mean vector abuse. I just sat there for three hours using the vector tool. Since I'm too lazy to find a faster way to do it.

        1. @lvbot Yeah, that. I dunno digital art that well, I'm only familiar with traditional composition.

          1. @noelnarwhal Outside of digital, I can only draw realism. It's ridiculously hard trying to draw something that's not right in front of you. And all I ever wanted were the simpler things in life, like drawing adorable anime characters and ghibli-esque creatures.

            1. @lvbot I can only really do decent manga/anime inspired art, though I've dabbled in abstract art before

              1. @noelnarwhal Ooo, that must get a rise out of a lot of people. Abstract art is pretty divisive and people tend to be on either the "That's stupid, anyone can do that. It's just a (x)!" side, or the "You're just a lesser being who can't understand the true complexity of this piece" side.

                1. @lvbot Usually, yeah. Because abstract art is functionally, well... abstract, it's kinda difficult to formally evaluate based on visceral engagement. So people will either scoff at it or just scoff at people who scoff at it. It's also why I do it for myself and my own love of art first and foremost.
