@rarity It's hard to say, to be honest. Hellboy 2 was my favourite superhero film for a while though, and I tend to be more of a superhero fan than a mecha fan (even though I've generally felt quite lukewarm about the Marvel superhero films).

@northernnarwhal I guess it's just bias from me because I've always preferred giant robot stories to superheros. Every time

@rarity Which is totally fine! They're both just storytelling vehicles, so it's not like there's any sort of inherent hierarchy between them. My bias certainly leans in the direction of superheroes, though there are still lots of superhero stories I don't really enjoy and a decent share of mecha stories I've found compelling.
