  1. @mrmattimation My pen is only working for my laptop monitor and not my Cintiq. It was fine until I changed the refresh setting from 59 to 60Hz but that isn't what causes the change. Any idea how do fix?

    1. @tiffany As in when you try to draw on your Cintiq, the mouse moves to your primary monitor instead?

        1. @tiffany I had the same exact problem with mine and I wish I could tell you how I fixed it. As far as I know it's an issue with Windows 10. A temporary fix is to just use duplicated displays, meaning the same image is displayed on both monitors. But I assume you're gonna eventually want to be able to use the dual monitors. When I get home I'm gonna take a look at my settings and see what I did to fix it.

          1. @mrmattimation Well, duplicated displays definitely fixes it, aside from the "signal out of range" box that won't go away (despite my fixing it with dual display) but I'll live with that for the time being.

            2. @tiffany Does the box go away if you set the Cintiq to be your only monitor?
