  1. Ok, so I've just realized that the easter egg is actually IMPOSSIBLE to see because the alpha-transparency is too low and YouTube's compression totally butchered it. Basically, I was gonna try and put a couple of RED HERRINGS in the next few cartoons by having Gaster show up faintly in window reflections and computer screens and such. He makes an appearance as the red car is driving by in the first non-dream sequence scene.

      1. @maiyannah Yeah I don't get why YouTube compresses these videos, I ALREADY compressed it into an H.264 format before I uploaded it and it streams from other sites just fine.

        1. @mrmattimation @maiyannah Better upload in uncompressed audio and video.

          1. @takePotato Knishesakenji Because of how I produce my cartoons nowadays that's sort of impractical. Each scene is rendered separately from a SWF file through an external renderer and then I put it all together in Premiere so I'd have a lot of HUGE files laying around on my hard drive, and the final file would be over a gig big and I don't wanna upload a uncompressed 1GB video to YouTube so that it can take a million years to process it.

            1. @mrmattimation It's a joke.  I know uncompressed video isn't practical.

          2. @takemangoakenji Plus Newgrounds has a size limit and I don't want to upload a separate compressed video specifically for Newgrounds, I'd prefer to just upload the same file to both sites.

        2. @mrmattimation Because papaya you thats why, mostly.  They know better than you and will impose their own (bad) format on it.
