        Cheers. I think I'll feel better once I have rested enough. That is what I usually need... I get upset, vent about it, let my frustration out in a safe way, and then rest up and give myself some time. I am thankful that this is more frustration/anger... because it means I'm more likely to want to lash out than to imagine taking my own life.

            Yeah, that is the helpful part. Although it's not fun feeling your own body shaking, and trying to contain things because you knocked your balance off again.

            1. @sim if I'm at the shaking level that's when I get physical. Helped when I had a house to destroy. Now I try to sweat it out.

                I think that I mostly wait for it to pass... sometimes I do feel physical, and act out on it. Other times I will just leave the room to do something, to take care of any needs I can. This time, I waited it out while sitting in place. It's never fun feeling like you're being crushed.
