That feel when you have to cut your 130 mile ride to 110 miles because heat exhaustion reared its ugly head halfway through. !cycling

Heat exhaustion is no joke. Drinking water wasn't enough, but I also had to be careful to not dehydrate myself by drinking too much Nuun.
I also lost the ability to digest food halfway in, which is a really bad state to be in when !cycling . -
Wasn't expecting 35°C weather in June in Seattle.

@takemangoakenji There were a few marches that got to that point in my life. Sleep seemed to be the only cure, not that it'd matter much because you'd wake up and do the whole sodding thing over.

@awl I ended up taking breaks every hour or so, when I started to overheat.
