Here's how they look. And I was wrong, they're half the price I said. 20 USD for a 4-pack 3000 mWh. Meanwhile, GP ReCyko+ 3000 mWh go for 35 USD for a 4-pack. But that may be that particular seller -- I think I bought 2 ReCyko+ Pro 3900 mWh for 10 USD in the photo shop a few months back.

@nerthos @ayy oops 35 USD was for an 8-pack. So NiMH and Li-ion are basically head-to-head, on Amazon and elsewhere.
I wonder what the form factor on these is. One reviewer on that NiMH posting complains that ReCyko+ are a little bit too big for some AA casings and I agree. Don't know why they made that mistake. I hope for their sake the Sorbo ones are properly AA.-
@nerthos @ayy Oh yeah, one thing I didn't think about: The Li-ion have proper 1.5 V output and the NiMH of course have 1.2 V output. I haven't had this problem since the 90s, but I've heard some people say that they have electronics that still require that full 1.5 V, and they're stuck on alkalines for that reason. That reason is now gone!

(That also means I lied about the mWh. The 2000 mAh NiMH linked above are of course 2400 mWh, not 3000 mWh.)
