  1. Livid. Incensed. Genuinely suspecting willful sabotage and mass gaslighting at the office. Nobody is this goddamn incompetent.

    • @scribus I've had pretty much the exact same thought about some of my cashiers before, some of them are so hopeless that I'm frightened for their futures. One of them literally can't do anything, and believe me, I have tried to find a job for him in the store, every single thing I could think of, even just straight-up manual labor, he managed to screw up somehow. He's not even special needs or handicapped or anything, he's just really, really dumb. The silver lining is that he's only 16, so there's hope that maybe eventually he'll stop being a total screw-up. There's another one who's 58 and I actually don't know how she got this far in life, she's the kinda person that would walk into oncoming traffic because she wasn't told not to.

    • @mrmattimation @scribus It's led me to believe that they're actually spies sent in by a rival company to destroy our business from the inside out.

    • @mrmattimation I likewise suspect the government is full of richie Ron Swansons (Rons Swanson?) trying to whittle and wheedle it away until Yellowstone is a Disney park.

    • @mrmattimation I'm having people go into my cases, make destructive changes, and back out without leaving the (mandatory!) case comment for any and all action taken. Three weeks later, I get back to it, not how I left it at all, incorrect and unjustified. And I've got to hunt for more booby traps, now. (Lol, traps) And it just keeps FrankerZing happening, no matter how much, how often, or how vociferously I bring it to attention, within or beyond the chain of command.
