    Is there anything that exists that sets up and sells unlicensed products from independent producers such as internet animators and comic artists so they don't have to take a risk producing hard copies of products people beg for? One that gives the original artist pretty much everything they sell it for?

      @abigpony There are several such things but just about all of them try to screw the artists over as much as possible.
