That the Halo Wiki has an article on corpse humping says a lot about that game and its community.

@ceruleanspark I think it's worse that the game features holograms that corpse-hump.

@nerthos The UNSC clearly has its funding priorities straight. "Sir, we think the decoy hologram isn't realistic enough" "Right, make it desecrate corposes"

@ceruleanspark It makes me wonder how much boot camp changes from now to the time Halo happens. They're supposed to be elite military.

@nerthos Well, Spartan bootcamp consists of being kidnapped as a child (then replaced with a terminally ill clone with an AI implant containing your memories so your family won't even miss you), then educated/indoctrinated through an incredibly tough bootcamp. (You get a full classical education too). Once you graduate from bootcamp you are augmented with a bunch of biological modifications that have a 50% chance of killing you. If you don't die, then they cut your skull open and jam a bunch of computer equipment in there to interface with the armor and an AI for parallel processing. Then you get put into the military at large.

@purplephish20 As she said, you can't really argue with the results.

@ceruleanspark That explains the twelve year old social interactions.

@ceruleanspark "In Halo 4 sending a hologram over the corpse of a player will make it teabag." Is this for real? They actually put this in the game?

@purplephish20 Yeah. I use the hologram a lot too.
