    I'm getting real sick of tickets ending in "I can't get any work done until this is resolved" for completely trivial issues. If you can't work because your screen resolution isn't quite right then I'm not convinced there's a future for you in employement.

        @purplephish20 Yes, and I'm becoming particularly resentful of the ones that deliberately put pressure on me simply because the submitter doesn't feel like doing any work for an afternoon.

        @xeleanorxrigbyx Every ticket I get is high/urgent. Assuming they bother to submit one, rather than just ignoring the ticket system altogether to yell at me over the phone/in person.
