  1. Of those systems, I, personally, have broken my DS Lite and GBA SP. Because i was an idiot and took both apart and put the respective batteries in upside down.

    1. @techdisk My DS Lite's sholder button doesn't work. On 2/3 of them. Same thing happened to like 2 more of my friends, I think there's a pattern here.

      1. @minti same with me. The shoulder buttons are just crap.

      2. @minti I found blowing directly into the area around the buttons makes them work again.

        1. @techdisk That use to work for about a year, then they just straight out died xD

      3. @minti That you all can't take care of electronics? My DS Lite is in perfect condition after five years of ownership. (And we managed to break our DS phat, so)

        1. @redenchilada Did you use it daily for the entire period of like 2 years it took for them to break?

          1. @minti I used it and carried it around daily for three years (average of three hours per day, probably) and still use it occasionally since the 3DS can't use the Guitar Grip or play GBA carts.

              1. @rarity I paid full price for that game and I was obligated to get my money's worth from that terrible perhipheral

              2. @rarity I was determined to get my money out of that terrible peripheral

                1. @redenchilada at least it was fitting for the game.

                  1. @rarity The game had a /couple/ of good tracks... :< what a damn waste of money

            2. @redenchilada Weird. I played it at lunch hour during school for 2 years (man that was amazing. We use to have 2 groups of 4 playing Mario Party DS since at least two of us (Me!) had an R4 and the rest of the people could just download-play it xD) and I use to play Trauma Center on the bus ride home. Got an S on every single mission on that game. x.x

              1. @minti It might be that most of the games I played were touch-screen games. I didn't play games that used the buttons terribly often, outside of Sanic.

        2. @redenchilada I don't know anyone with a functional DS Lite. My one's screens went blue and the touch screen started tapping in random locations and that was just through me owning it.

          1. @scoot I've got ONE functional one. But only because it's semi-new after I bought a replacement. It only works cause I never use it, since I got a 3DS xD
