@flamingpandaomg the style is 2d. if you add shading you will IMMEDIATELY give it a completely different perception which in essence pushes more toward realistic

@flamingpandaomg i would say primarily style, outlines are black not complementary to the pony. that is a noticeable difference

@scoot the pony is outlined black which could cause a noticeable difference in style. not nessesarily a bad thing but could cause someone to view it as "off"

@ryanjjjj I don't see how deviating from the show style of coloured outlines is in anyway considered "off". The picture was originally just a piece of line art anyway. Someone I forgot to notice coloured it in themselves and now it looks a bit weird so they're shading it to fix it.

@ryanjjjj The only thing you needed to say was it gave it depth. It's technically still a 2D image no matter what shading he uses.
