        @pony No, but promoted totally is. I promoted a notice consisting entirely of the words "THE BABY" over and over and it stayed there for days before anyone even thought to question it.

            @pony Good content sometimes makes it onto Popular when it comes around. The problem is there's so little good content and so much if it gets drowned under "So what did YOU have for breakfast today, @xrainbowxdashxisxbestxponyx99999?"
