!calgarybronies ok bronies it is confirmed we have a projector! i hope you appreciate this cause it wasnt cheap. i will test it out tonight to make sure everything works good and i know how to work it, i got a warrenty as well but i will explain that to darcyblue in saturday. i also got some speakers.

Darcyblue has the key so I assume they need to be there first, but I don't know. I'll have to see which Route 17 bus I can aim for to get there by 5. I'm in the southwest so we'll see how we can coordinate that.

@conjure !calgarybronies This link here leads to all the episodes in 720p if you want to get them. The only issue is they're in .mkv format, you just need something to play them. @phoenixswift !calgarybronies I can bring my laptop, it's a macbook, I already have all these same episodes downloaded on it (they are the Itunes rip so they are 720p and don't have hub logos and watermarks all over place)

@vanillabelle well if i had the money i was going to make snacks and such also. buy all the essencials sense i definitially cannot toss $100 each saturday into this. but id love to. which is what the $5 is for. and it seems ive done most of the work orgoniseing this so id be mostley happy if everyone enjoys themselfs. i do have contests and such in the works also. but wont put any info out on them :P

@conjure !calgarybronies sense i am the one with the key to the room and such i would like to have the projecter for myself really even if i cannot afford one at this moment. but if your really keen on it i guess you can do that. but that and some speekers and a laptop would be a nice thing to bring over. the kareoke machine is a unique twist. i dont mind the idea. obne of the toher ponies said they where intrested in going and bringing food so thats good also

!calgarybronies Just adding this note so that we're all clear here: So this meetup is going to be this Saturday, at 5PM. I myself am going to try to be there for 4:30 but I make no guarantees since it's an hour and a half transit side roughly. I also need to go find some speakers or something... Once I'm off work today I'm going to make a new Google Doc so we can list the names of those going and what we're bringing. Also, @darcyblue, does this room/place/whatever come equipped with anything already?

@autumnfrost !calgarybronies Pretty much exactly what Autumn said. Let's try it out first and go from there. I'd selfishly prefer a sooner time, but that's a me thing, not a group thing. I'd rather get input from everyone, maybe while we're there. !calgarybronies really i dont know when you guys would like me to be there really. but i can be there at 10 if you really want me to be. i just said 5 sense it seemed like a good idea. also MORE INFO the room is in the the northwest corner ( if north is the main entrance) on the top floor where all the gamer tables are at. big brown door and the bathroom is there also.

@darcyblue !calgarybronies Well we can try 5pm out for this first run, and if people have problems with it due to late night plans, etc. we can always move it up to 3pm or something like that. It might take a meet or two to get things running smoothly and guage what is best =)
