!calgarybronies just out of curiousity and hope im not the oldest bronie in the group... how old is everyone? im 23. my friend who is a bronie but cannot join us sense he works evenings on most saturdays is 36 and ive talked to at least one person who is 17 so i want to know the general agegroup i am entertaining.

!calgarybronies @darcyblue I'm 22, seems to be the average age group so there should be no problem with us getting along =D I may actually be able to make it this weekend, I'm not positive at this point - if not then next time for sure. @vanillabelle !calgarybronies I poked at the map earlier, there isn't really a station close by, from what I could find, the best way is to get off on 7th Street station, go north a block and there's a bus there that supposedly takes you almost outside the door. Route 17 I think,

@phoenixswift !calgarybronies yes it is the 17 bus that drops you almost at its front door.and as phoenix swift said. exactley that. there really isnt a good trains tation nearby ( at this very moment) until they get the overpass made.

!calgarybronies @darcyblue I`m 23 as well and am relieved to hear your the same age, I thought I would be the oldest there. Just out of curiosity do you know is there is a C-train station near by? I`ll look it up later on calgary transit though. Also I`m sorry if I missed it but is there a general time people plan to arrive at? I`ll bring some snacks if people would like that, pinky pie it up! :)

@vanillabelle its accross from the greyhound bus station. so they are sitll building the trainstation around there. as for snacks. good plan. i was going to do it myself also but im broke :( i find takeing the trainstation to the end of downtown and you can walk the rest of the way.

@conjure well this first meetup is mostley introductions and such. i dont have much planned yet sense this is my first meetup so im mostley exparamenting with thinsé trying to get to know everypony is my biggest asset here and hopeing we can entertain ourselfs for a while.

!calgarybronies Was kinda hoping it would fall on Sunday for my own personal reasons, but I'll try and see what I can do about Saturday. What time do we generally think this will go? The earlier it is the better for me, probably. The next issue is trying to decipher Google maps and the transit system to figure out how to get there!

@phoenixswift well i asked about sundays and they are booked solid. so its a bit of a dissapointment for me also . but im unshure how things will go for that but the store is open from 10-6 saturdays and we got the room for as long as we wish ( so this can run until monday if we really want it to) so you can do whatever you wish inside the store. il try to advertise myself in some way or make it noticeable that im the baws pony

@darcyblue Oh well, a disappointment, sure but not much you can do. It's going to be a bit shaky since it's the first meeting at a place most of us have never been to but I'll try to use my (not really existent) big man voice to try and help you keep a handle on it. Maybe even threaten a trip to the moon if need be!

@phoenixswift i have a big man voice attached to a big man so i think il be ok with that. but this is my first ever meetup i orgonised so im unshure how things will go from here on in. im excited to see everyone at sentry box. and it doesnt matter how long we stay as long as im the last one out.. so we can realistically stay until the next morning

!calgarybronies oh. fothe address is 1835 - 10th Ave SW. it is a largeish warehouse. tucked beside a jazz bar and grill tha ti think is called mikey's. you can take the 17 bus to get right beside there. anyone needing assistance getting there please ask and il try my best to assist you on getting there

!calgarybronies ok everyone. i did the paperwork! saturdays it is! the store is open 10-6 and il have a key to the back room so we can stay really as late as we want. there is food on site dureing open hours. we will do this bi weekley starting this saturday. i will try to get there around 4-5ish i think maybe. but everyone can do whatever they want there inthe meantime. i would request people to bring over a laptop if they can and if anyone has one a projecter as well as $5 for group funding to buy things we need for future meetups as well as maybe a bit more if inclined for donateing to whatever needs that arise.

@darcyblue !calgarybronies hey this weekend is good for me. i have a car and plenty of free time to just tell me when it is and i will be there. 5 dollars to get in sounds good and i like the donation box thing too cause like i said i want to help fund this. as for the fish creek thing i actually meant that we could do it a little later after we had a few meetings, should have said that didnt think everypony would be so into it. i thnk having sentry box as an hq is a good idea and every second saturday is good too.
