@theawesomepony Kindof like jailbreaking (you GOTTA KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING) and it can both down and upgrade your phone. Depends on what you like. For instance I have ICS with touchwiz though my phone is supposed to have Ginerbread with sense 2.(I forgot)

@theawesomepony You can put different software (I.e I have Galaxy SIII software on an HTC) . Get apps from different devices (I have resident evil 4 though its only for LG phones in select countries), Different mods (Increase the quality of camera), Battery life is better, Umm thats the things I can think of, theres lots more XD
