@nerthos I own a 40 year old break barrel BSA Meteor. Build quality must have been good back in the day because it hardly had any maintenance with the last owner, yet it still performs perfectly.

@ceruleanspark Yeah, there's a really nice USP Match i'm after, but it's only available as a 6mm airsoft. I can't justify joining UKARA as I don't have the money for all the airsoft gear, let alone the ability to get to a site.

@nerthos Nice. My friend in France has an underlever air rifle. Makes for a very stable barrel.

@ceruleanspark Yeah, the UK laws are really flawed. They barely make any sense. In my opinion I say that airsoft should be treated the same as airguns, and may be legally owned by anyone over 18 without licence.

@ceruleanspark @nerthos We're discussing airsoft now? Mine's a 6" Dan Wesson from ASG. It's actually an airgun that fires .177 steel BBs, instead of the plastic ones. Uk laws say I can own a realistic and potentially lethal gun, but not a realistic looking toy. Yay logic!

@thatonestocking We have a wide range of talent. Definitely editing. I've seen proof of bronies demonstrating gun safety. Now I just need to find something with good acting.

!yorkshirebronies It's my last day of college and I just saw a guy wearing a Pon-3 shirt! I waited for him to get out of sight of my classmates before going over to say hi! He hasn't heard of us before, so I wrote down our name for him! I feel awesome that there was another brony at my college, even if I only found out about them on my last day! Ok, g2g, am typing in the smallest possible internet window in the middle of class! Klayking out!

!yorkshirebronies We did it! We're bigger than the Midlands group, and if I'm not mistaken, every other UK group (excluding the all encompassing UK group)! Well done lads! Not bad for a group which name suggests it's one-county specific!

!yorkshirebronies The meetup was a big success! I have just realised that technically, this morning I have consumed both Applejack and Big Mac (The drink, and the McDonalds burger)! I'd have to say my highlight was shooting the cap off of a bottle of cider in one shot, while notably impaired under the effects of alcohol! All that cadet training paid off!
