Now, Rational Optimism is acceptable, however I've found myself more of a Realist, if not Borderline Pessimist. I'm getting better at it, but I don't think I'll ever have the mentality of anything more than a mellow expression and a depressed emotional state. I may be wrong - I may be rationally hoping for each new day a year from now, but at the current moment, all I see is an idealistic standpoint I wish were true, how reality is, and how different the two actually are.
