I deal with issues that usually come about when the computer isn't sending or receiving data (internet). The majority of my calls are: A) old people\/newcustomers not understanding something with thier setup  B) Missing profiles in the DSLAM or BGP. C) Angry Customers babbling about something another Data Tech\/Field Tech\/supervisor\/other department did that made issue worse or did not fix issue. D) Computer issues (not allowed to fix the computer, offer them PC Tech for $x amount per month). C) Misdirected telephone issues. -- It's a great start. I just hope at this point I actually get hired on and not remain a contractor, then truly my career begins.
