This one happened just after I got my first battleship, a Gallente Megathron. Big ol' thing, slow and heavy but with some massive guns and pretty thick armor. So I'd just undocked and was enjoying how big I was compared to all the frigates and cruisers when a corp-mate asked for help. Apparently he was being chased by a battleship that he couldn't take down on his own, so a couple of us agreed to rendevous and take it down together. I made my way there...slowly...and eventually we all met up. Now I had fit this ship on my own, but it wasn't very good and it showed when we showed up and I was the first to become a pretty flash of light as my less-than-a-day-old battleship exploded. Lessons learned: Ask for help if you don't know how to fit your ship and experience makes a world of difference."}
