It _does_ need a debit\/credit card that can be used for international purchases, but I just made an <a href=\"http:\/\/Amazon.com\/\" title=\"http:\/\/Amazon.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow external\">Amazon.com<\/a> account with my card (Visa Debit, if that makes a difference) as the payment method, and it all worked fine."}
