You could get both in the Thieves Guild questline, Nightingale blade and bow. But I would advise to do the quest at level 46+, to get Chillrend in it's maximum power, a sword with a 30 frost damage and paralyze for 2 seconds enchantment, with a base damage higher than a Daedric sword in it's &gt;46 version."}
