Previously, it could be months and months between them finishing a feature and it ever even reaching general public consumption. I'm not so sure doing full version number bumps for the comparatively more minor updates is all that great, but I guess they want people to actually think &quot;new version&quot; rather than &quot;another revision of 4, I'll wait until 5 before I upgrade&quot;."}
