I eat it because it tastes good, and the more abstract from the source, the better. Hate fat on meat too. Plan is to cut down to just chicken meatwise when I live on my own, and then see about cutting that out. Also the only thing I've ever &quot;killed&quot; was trapping a rabbit whilst in Explorer Scouts, which was then skinned and cooked in front of me. Too cute to eat. Too none-abstract to eat. So I'm either a reluctant meat-eater, or an incapable vegetarian."}
