Obviously a screen-cap of Ponyville or Vice City is someone's IP, but isn't a hand drawing or reverse engineered render Fair Use and basically the same as painting New York's cityscape? I need to know, otherwise I'm going to be setting sketches in Oatville or Manehatten."}
