The biggest reason I always saw her as being unpopular was for the fact that she does live up to her name as a &quot;background pony.&quot; They developed her much too early, placing her in her destined role in life whilst still a filly as the others are still learning about their trade. That aside, she doesn't learn anything in any of her episodes. Over A Barrel aside, she is typically justified as &quot;always right&quot; and never learns anything from the presented problem - in Super Speedy Cider Squeezy, she states this; Applebuck Season is an episode she learns from, but it's a problem she herself creates and is aware of the entire time."}
