I always felt like people used it without thinking of what it really meant. It\u2019s something people say with the best of intentions, but the phrase just doesn\u2019t deliver a message significant to the show this fandom is based on. Tolerance is a good way to make no progress at all, but at least everyone\u2019s smiling, right? Yeah right.\n\nThe bottom line is that people should be encouraged to improve their ability to engage with society in what ways they have control over. This can be done nicely and without hate, but requires that people stop blindly accepting every conceivable fault that someone has. Don\u2019t be afraid to identify destructive or counterproductive behavior.\n\nTolerance doesn\u2019t hurt anyone, but it doesn\u2019t do anything else either" -Sedahet"}
