It's not a completely foolproof idea, but it's still a decent safeguard when it comes to viruses that alter system files and whatnot, things that you can't normally do with a regular account. It's still a good practice to know telltale signs of viruses and be cautious overall, keep a good antivirus \/ antimalware tool running and all that jazz. X3"}
