It is completely possible to have fun without drugs. There's no way to justify them. I am OK though with medicinal use of drugs, and closed enviorments in which to allow the consumption and selling of recreational drugs at high prices, with the consumers being controlled by capable staff, as a way of getting funds for other things. I consider that a compromise because it allows people to enjoy them in moderation, keeps them off the street, and also benefits the state as large via the profit made from it."}
