Slowly trying stuff out 1 bottle at a time. What I found to work best with all the resources availible to me. Is to yeast something you could otherwise serve as &quot;fruity drink&quot;, put a water-lock on top of it, and let it rest for about a month, then transfer the liquid ( without the yeast, which has settled at the bottom ) to a new container, chill it, and then test whether it's still yeasting the next day ( if so, repeat, if not, taste it ) ... I am going to experiment with aging probably when I get over my influenza completely"}
