I'm wondering if there's a way to prolong the adjournment.  Supposing that just not showing up = a ruling in her favour + a warrant for your arrest most like, maybe asking for proof beyond reasonable doubt as to what happened to warrant all this?  Not sure how civil case hearings go."}
