The constitution is based off the American one. The problem is that idiots are entitled to vote just because they're born, and as a general rule there will always be more idiots than smart people. Being witty and inventive, "viveza criolla" is a trait for this country's population, much like the Finns and their "Sisu", which makes it really weird because no matter how bad things are people get by and any crisis goes away in only a couple years; but also the politicians and anyone without morals is better at herding the cattle than their equals from other places. The viveza criolla also has a degree of lazyness and a desire for short term profit so much of the cattle votes whoever gives them a bribe."}
