Shouldn't that also mean that you should focus on good things and work from there, instead of focus on bad things you might fix and go rant ? With all due respect and without touching the subject matter. If I were to go to a couple of technicians working down the hall ( note that I am in-house technical-service staff ) with a roll of ducktape in my hand I can either say how bad they are trying to fix the vent, or I can ask them &quot;need a hand&quot; and speed up the [whatever the technicians were here to do in the first place] fixxin time. Having a big mouth saying how inadequate they are and\/or might be won't get me any friends, not from the techies, nor from any civvies who happen to walk past as I give the techies some lip. Tell me how this does not make sense"}
