I have a pretty high opinion of myself and what I choose to do because f!@# everyone who disagrees, but I'm still depressed enough to &quot;need meds&quot;, according to the doctors. The first step is just moving forward: accepting yourself for who you are...and what you have to offer. I feel like you haven't done that. I feel like you're punishing yourself for something that you feel you deserve."}
