Let's say the printer costs 1000\u20ac then the cost for each item (your 300) would be 3\u20ac (for funding the printer), without the material costs.  Let's say the material itself costs about 25\u20ac\/kg and in average each printed item needs 50g then each item costs 4.25\u20ac. So for all 300 items you would need 15kg. So the total cost would be 1375\u20ac. It's just a thought experiment."}
